We were honored to attend the 123rd Annual Property Appraisers’ Association of Florida (PAAF) Conference last week, bringing together property appraisers and staff from across the state to learn, collaborate, and share ideas.

David, who serves as PAAF’s District 5 Director, is pictured with President Paul Polk (Charlotte County), incoming President Wesley Davis (Indian River County), and Immediate Past President Mitch Burke (Gulf County).

Congratulations to Wesley and all of PAAF’s newly installed officers! We value the relationships and collaboration PAAF fosters among Florida’s property appraisers and their teams and look forward to another great year.

Amendment 3 is on the November 3, 2026, General Election ballot. If approved by voters, it would make changes to Florida’s property tax system beginning in 2027.

With Election Day approaching, we’ve put together a comprehensive presentation to help property owners understand what Amendment 3 would, and would not, change.
Our role is to provide clear, factual information so you can understand the proposed changes.
