Evacuations Ordered for areas of Montecito by 8PM tonight. This video was shot yesterday of Montecito Creek around 10AM - about 4.5 hours after a rain storm event. Tonight's storm is predicted to be more intense and expected to last longer. If you are in or around a mandatory evacuation, suggest you take this seriously. Hoping for the best. Another big Santa Barbara International Film Festival event today - the Outstanding Directors of the Year Award will be presented to Roma's Alfonso Cuarón, The Favourite's Yorgos Lanthimos, BlacKkKlansman's Spike Lee, Vice's Adam McKay and Cold War's Pawel Pawlikowski. There will be a Q&A with these Oscar nominated Directors as well! All the details here:

There will be a free screening of the Oscar nominated film ROMA today at 4:00PM - Lobero Theatre. Even Better - Director Alfonso Cuaron and Star Yalitza Aparicio will participate in a Q&A at the end of the show! Details here:
