Welcome 2019 and to our new Safe Parking Program Page for New Beginnings Counseling Center! The 2019 Point-In-Time (PIT) Count is this Thursday, January 24th starting at 5 AM. During PIT, volunteers across the country conduct an unduplicated count on a single night of the people in a community who are experiencing homelessness, which includes both sheltered and unsheltered populations. NBCC staff and volunteers will be an active part of the count, and if you want to do your part too, visit https://www.liveunitedsbc.org/commonground and follow the steps to sign up!
