Today, on National Cancer Survivors Day, BCRC is honoring every unique face, voice, and milestone that defines life after a breast cancer diagnosis.
To our incredible community: You are the steady anchors, the fierce advocates, and the quiet strength behind the healing. We see you, we honor you, and we are so proud to stand by your side.
This National Cancer Survivors Day, we invite you to stand with us. A donation to BCRC is a direct investment in a local survivor’s healing, comfort, and community. Honor a loved one, celebrate a milestone, or give in memory of a beautiful soul today.
Let’s ensure that the next person diagnosed has the same strong, loving support system waiting for them. 💗

We also hold space today for the personal memories of our own loved ones who are no longer with us. Their legacies of love and light continue to guide us. 🤍

Reflexology - In person & by appointment only
First and Third Friday of each month, 10:00am - 12:00pm
The Breast Cancer Resource Center is pleased to offer monthly reflexology sessions by appointment in a private, comfortable setting.
Reflexology is a treatment that applies hand pressure to specific areas of the hands and/or feet to invigorate and balance the flow of energy throughout the body. Practitioners believe that specific reflex points are linked to various organs and parts of the body. Thus, when gently manipulated, it can affect the organ or body by stimulating circulation and reviving good health to promote recovery.
At the BCRC, reflexologists apply pressure to selected points while clients lay, fully clothes, on a massage table listening to soothing music. Reflexology is free to BCRC clients. Please email [email protected] or call the BCRC at (805) 569 9693 to schedule an appointment.

The Breast Cancer Resource Center’s Yoga with Intention is a yoga series developed specifically for individuals dealing with breast cancer whether in treatment, recovery, or post-treatment. Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes opening centering, breathing practices, gentle movement, and meditation or guided imagery. Each session ends with a period of stillness, an opportunity to absorb the benefits of the practice before returning to daily activities.
