I hosted a roundtable with local teachers and counselors from the Antelope Valley Union High School District for an important discussion about what we can do to help our kids stay safe and healthy online.
I’m hosting a series of these conversations across our district to make sure I’m hearing directly from parents, educators, and everyone who plays a role in supporting our kids.

May is Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month and it’s important to remember and honor the contributions and influence of members of AAPI communities today and throughout history. This month, we want to celebrate AAPI who have made, and are currently making history as trailblazers, leaders, storytellers, and artists, both nationally and around the world!
