We are joining with the Antelope Valley CERT Team and Lancaster Sheriff's to host a CERT Refresher exercise on October 4 at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds. This exercise is FREE and open to all past CERT graduates. Take advantage of this opportunity to refresh your CERT skills and get to know other CERT trained members throughout Los Angeles County!!! The brush pile burning scheduled for Friday, November 29 in the area of West Ranch High School has been postponed due to weather. This is now scheduled to occur on Sunday, December 1 with the same hours . . . 8:30 am to about 2:00 pm.

On Friday, November 29, 2024, weather permitting, the Fire Department will be burning brush piles in/around the area surrounding the fields at West Ranch High School. This burning is scheduled to take place from approximately 8:30 am to approximately 2:00 pm. Smoke may be visible at times. Please do not panic. Appropriate department resources will be on scene throughout. Thank you.

With rain in the forecast, we wanted to remind you that all of our Division 3 fire stations have sandbags for you, and most of our stations also have a supply of sand. We have stocked up on our supplies, and will work diligently to replenish if/when sandbags or sand run low.
