We are proud to share that Child & Family Center's three sites have once again been re-accredited by Joint Commission International Accreditation and Certification. The survey process is incredibly intensive ā every three years, we voluntarily subject ourselves to a deep review that examines every nook and cranny of the agency. Surveyors interview staff and clients, attend staff meetings and sessions, and conduct an in-depth review of our environment of care, policies and procedures, human resources, quality, training and compliance, financial health, and more.
It is a rigorous process, and one we are proud to undertake so that our clients, community, donors, and funders can know that the Center provides excellent-quality services delivered by highly trained, experienced, and deeply committed staff.
Joint Commission Accreditation is the highest level of accreditation a behavioral health center can achieve. https://www.jointcommission.org/en-us/accreditation/behavioral-health-care-and-human-services
