🦬🏃‍♀️ The Buffalo Stampede is almost here! 🏃‍♂️🦬

Our herd still has some ground to cover before we reach our fundraising goal, and we need your help! 🧡💙

Every dollar raised supports the THRIVE PTA and Student Activities Fund, helping provide field trips, classroom projects, student celebrations, family events, and more.

🎯 Goal: $30 per student
🏆 The top 3 fundraising classes earn a class celebration!
📅 Buffalo Stampede: October 16

Families are invited to come cheer on their Buffalos as students walk, jog, and run their way around the course. And don’t forget your Western wear! 🤠

Help your student reach or surpass their goal by sharing their fundraising page with family and friends!

🧡🦬💙 What a day at the Pet Parade!

We are so proud of our THRIVE families who represented our school and shared Show Love. Create Joy. Work as a Team. Be Brave. with our Santa Fe community.

And they brought home an extra-special honor: Best Message to Other Children! 🏆

A HUGE thank you to the students, families, and pets of all shapes and sizes who participated and represented THRIVE with so much joy and love. You made us proud! 🧡💙🐾

Dear THRIVE Families,

Welcome back! Tomorrow, August 12, is our first day of the 2026–2027 school year, and we are SO excited to see our students and families!

A few important reminders for tomorrow:
• Early Dismissal: Tomorrow is an early dismissal day, 1:15pm
• Drop-Off: Due to air quality, drop-off will begin at 7:35 AM this week. Please do not drop off before 7:35 AM.
• Check-In: We will have tables outside for students to check in.
• Goodbyes: To help our students transition smoothly, we ask families to say their goodbyes outside during drop-off. Our Buffalo Ambassadors will be there to welcome students and help them get to their classrooms. We are so grateful for our THRIVE families and excited for a new school year filled with learning, growth, and wonderful experiences!

We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow! Welcome back,
THRIVE!

Warmly,

🧡🦬💙 We’re getting ready for YOU!

Our teachers are putting the finishing touches on their spaces, and now all we’re missing is YOU!

THRIVE families, join us for our Back-to-School Meet & Greet this Monday, August 10 from 4:00–5:30 PM. Meet your teachers, explore the school, follow the Buffalo Trail, get your back-to-school questions answered, and reconnect with our THRIVE community.

Our goal is simple: every student and family leaves feeling known, welcomed, and confident that they belong at THRIVE.

We can’t wait to see you Monday! 🧡🦬💙

🧡🦬💙 At Thrive, we believe students learn best when they feel known, valued, and supported.

Our approach combines strong academics, social-emotional learning, hands-on experiences, and a close-knit community where students are encouraged to be brave, create joy, show love, and work as a team.

If you’re looking for a school that supports the whole child, we’d love to meet your family.

In the blink of an eye, our kindergarten graduates become our eighth-grade graduates. 🎓🧡🦬💙

Today we celebrate both the beginning and the next chapter. It is one of the greatest privileges of being a school to walk alongside students during some of their most formative years. From kindergarten caps to eighth-grade diplomas, what a gift it has been to watch these students grow.
We welcome our kindergarten graduates with excitement for the journey ahead, and we send our eighth graders into the world with pride, knowing they are ready to continue learning, growing, and making a difference in their communities.

To our graduates: We hope you carry the values of Thrive with you wherever you go. Be brave. Create joy. Show love. Work as a team. You have practiced these things here, and we know you will continue to do so in the schools, workplaces, and communities you touch next.

A special thank you to our graduation speakers, Steven Carrillo of the New Mexico Public Education Commission and Representative Linda Serrato, who serves Santa Fe County in the New Mexico House of Representatives. Thank you for taking the time to celebrate our students and speak life into their futures. We are grateful for all you do to support education, strengthen our communities, and invest in the success of students across New Mexico and here at Thrive.

Once a Buffalo, always a Buffalo. 🧡🦬💙
