Esperanza Shelter Esperanza Shelter provides domestic abuse services for survivors of physical & emotional abuse. All services are free and confidential.

Esperanza Shelter's domestic abuse services include a 24/7 domestic violence hotline (505-416-7184 or 888-473-5312); temporary emergency residential shelter; individual counseling and support groups, child therapy; case management/community navigation; court advocacy; and outreach/education. Esperanza also has an offenders' program to help abusers break the cycle of violence. Esperanza welcomes all people in need of our services.

🌱 **Pumpkins are packed with nutrients!** They contain vitamin A, fiber, and antioxidants.

🌎 **Pumpkins are grown on every continent except Antarctica!**

🥧 **Almost every part is useful!** The flesh can be cooked, the seeds can be roasted, and even the flowers are edible!

🏆 **Pumpkins can grow HUGE!** Some giant pumpkins weigh more than 2,000 pounds!

🍁 From jack-o'-lanterns to delicious pies, pumpkins are a fall favorite for so many reasons!
