Serving New Mexico students in grades 4-12 with a full-time, tuition-free online public school and the kind of connection that helps kids grow into confident learners. True to our name, we believe meaningful connections drive better academic outcomes, so we build a strong circle of support that unites students, families, and educators. Beyond academics, our teachers focus on building fundamental life skills, partnering with families to help students learn how they learn best. 🔬✨ A Wonderful Day of Exploring, Learning, and Connecting! ✨🌳

Recently, we had an amazing field trip to Explora Science Museum in Albuquerque, followed by some fun at Tiguex Park!

Our students spent two hours exploring the museum's hands-on STEM exhibits, discovering new things, asking questions, and learning through play. Afterwards, we headed across the street to Tiguex Park, where students had the opportunity to relax, have lunch, and spend time socializing with their peers.

Some of our families traveled quite a distance to join us, which made the day even more special! It was wonderful to see our students connecting, making memories, and simply enjoying time together. ❤️

A wonderful time was had by all!

Exciting News!

We are thrilled to share that our National Honor Society (NHS) Chapter has been named a Chapter of Distinction for the second year in a row—the highest honor awarded! 🎉

This outstanding recognition celebrates the dedication of our NHS students and their sponsor, Kathryn Tidman, who documented the many ways our chapter served both our school community and local communities throughout the past year.

Our NHS members continue to exemplify the four pillars of National Honor Society: Leadership, Scholarship, Service, and Character. We are incredibly proud of their commitment to making a positive difference in their school and communities.

What a journey through history! 🏛️✨

Our students and staff recently traveled back in time while exploring Aztec Ruins and The Aztec Museum & Pioneer Village in Aztec, New Mexico. From uncovering ancient history to learning about pioneer life, students experienced two incredible destinations and a deeper connection to New Mexico's past. 📚🌄

Josiah is excited to serve as our HOSA Social Media Officer this year and work alongside our officer team to highlight the events, competitions, activities, and experiences that make our chapter special. 📸✨

His competition interests include Behavioral Health and Medical Assisting. 🩺

As Social Media Officer, Josiah is passionate about making sure our social media reflects our members and chapter. He welcomes ideas for posts, videos, campaigns, and other content and looks forward to showcasing the many accomplishments and memorable moments from throughout the year. 🌟

Xander is passionate about making sure every member's voice is heard and welcomes feedback, ideas, and suggestions throughout the year. Whether it's proposing new social activities or sharing valuable resources, he's always happy to listen and help support our chapter's growth. 🌟

As a first-year HOSA member, Kayla is excited to support our chapter by helping members feel heard, assisting our president, and keeping everything organized and on track. 🩺

Her competition interests include CPR/First Aid, Behavioral Health, and Human Growth & Development. ❤️

When she's not busy with HOSA, Kayla serves as president of NMCA's National Honor Society, works as a personal assistant for a Nurse Practitioner, and enjoys spending time with her clingy pug, Ellie. She also dreams of traveling the world one day with her mom and sister. ✈️🐾

When she's not busy with school and HOSA, Era runs her own small business and dreams of visiting Cologne Cathedral in Germany someday. ✈️💼
