PART TIME POLICE RECORDS CLERK

SANTAQUIN CITY is currently accepting applications for a Part-time Police Records Clerk. Duties include, but are not limited to various general clerical duties as needed to support the administrative processes of the Santaquin Police Department. Minimum qualification: Graduation from high school and one (1) year related experience. Position includes 16 hours per week, schedule to be determined. Wage Range - $19.90 to $24.12, starting wage depends on experience and/or qualifications. Special qualifications: Must be certified with BCI/UCJIS within one year of hire and complete annual training to retain certification, must complete Utah State Archives records management training (GRAMA) and pass test within one year of hire, must complete Spillman Records Administration certification. The new LDS church currently under construction near Sageberry Dr. was vandalized sometime last night, and a trail camera was stolen from the property.

Santaquin City Police Department is warning residents and businesses about a recent fraudulent email impersonating Santaquin City and providing false payment instructions.
If you receive an unexpected payment request claiming to be from Santaquin City:
⚠️ Do not send payment without verifying the request.
📞 Contact the City directly using a trusted phone number.
🔎 Be especially cautious of changes to banking, ACH, wire transfer, or other payment instructions.
Even emails that appear to come from a legitimate City address can potentially be spoofed.
