๐Ÿ—๏ธ Our Building Big series has been full of big ideas, creative problem-solving, and some pretty amazing guests! ๐Ÿก๐Ÿ”

The best part? This series was requested by our STEAM Club kids! We love seeing their curiosity lead the way, and weโ€™re so grateful to the local experts who have helped bring their ideas to life!๐Ÿ’ก

Last week, Mark Stephens and Dustin Johnson from the City of Sapulpa Inspections Department joined us to talk about building inspections and safety! The previous week, we welcomed David Reed of Reed Architecture to explore the world of architecture!

๐Ÿšง And THIS Thursday, October 22nd, weโ€™re wrapping up the series with special guest Nick Ericksten from City of Sapulpa Code Enforcement!๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

A HUGE thank-you to all our guests for sharing their time, knowledge, and expertise with our curious young STEAMers and showing just how much STEAM goes into building a city!๐Ÿ“

Sapulpa is the place to be, and we love showing our STEAM Club kids all the amazing things happening right here in our community!๐Ÿก๐Ÿ”

๐Ÿ“ข Sapulpa Public Library Construction Update

Update: Due to construction issues & a water main break the Sapulpa Public Library will be closed for the remainder of today, Fri., Oct. 16 & Sat., Oct. 17. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will reopen, Mon., Oct 19 @ 9 a.m.

The Sapulpa Public Library is open! However, our drive-thru, book drop, and north entrance are temporarily closed due to construction as we upgrade our handicap parking area.

For your safety, please do not enter the drive thru area to access the library, the building next door or book drop. However, the east book drop by the front entry off of Poplar street is available after hours.

๐Ÿšง We tentatively expect these areas to reopen by the end of next week. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we make these improvements!

๐Ÿ“š Program Postponement: Our How to Spot Fake News program scheduled for this Saturday with local newspaper reporter Charles Betzler will be postponed due to construction and limited library access. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share updates when a new date is scheduled.
