We are so excited to announce that the kick-off for the 2024 Manatee-Sarasota Parade of Homes is THIS SATURDAY!

This is our largest parade since 2019, and we cannot wait to showcase all of the beautiful homes that our builders have in store for you.

In light of the large number of models entered (as well as unforeseen technical difficulties), we are still working on finalizing the Parade of Homes website for 2024. We hope to have this website live by Monday, March 11. Please be gracious with our staff as we work to resolve these issues.

In the meantime, we encourage you to swing by the Suncoast Builders Association office to pick up the updated 2024 POH magazine with the listed models, map, and more!
If you are unable to make it to our office, we have attached the link for the digital version of our magazine below for your convenience.
