This is the official page for the South Poinsettia Park Neighborhood Association Located in Sarasota. We have 380 residential and 32 commercial lots. b. c.

Our historic neighborhood is located south of Downtown Sarasota and abutting Southside business district. The boundaries are North by Hyde Park Street; South by Jasmine Street, East by the west side of Tamiami Trail and West by Osprey Avenue. There are 19 streets that comprise our neighborhood.
