Now you see them, now you don’t! 👀 Did you know jaguar claws are fully retractable? This incredible evolutionary trait keeps their claws razor-sharp because they don’t wear down against rocks or ground as they are walking or running. When it’s time to climb or hunt, they snap out instantly. Watch closely to see that perfect design in action!

We have been hard at work on our new Florida panther exhibit. If you’ve been to the park lately, you can’t miss it! We are so grateful to have incredible help and support from our community and local businesses like Family Pools, who exceeded all expectations on an INCREDIBLE pool for our panthers to enjoy! We can’t wait for construction to be completed so that all of our guests can enjoy watching the panthers explore their new home 💚 🐾
