Wow, what a thought-provoking event last Friday! Many thanks to Linda Gunter, executive director of Beyond Nuclear and author of No To Nuclear; Chase Enright, foundation relations officer at the Ploughshares Fund; and local artist Mary Lou Dauray for making it happen. Dauray’s nuclear-themed paintings are on exhibit through December 4.

Join us at 6 p.m. on Friday, October 9, for an engaging evening featuring expert discussions on nuclear issues. Speakers will include:
- Linda Pentz Gunter, executive director of Beyond Nuclear and author of “No To Nuclear: Why Nuclear Power Destroys Lives, Derails Climate Progress and Provokes War”
- Local artist Mary Lou Dauray. Dauray’s nuclear-themed paintings will also be on exhibition.
- Chase Enright, foundation relations officer at the Ploughshares Fund, which seeks to reduce and eventually eliminate the threat of nuclear weapons.
Refreshments will be served. The Sausalito Public Library is located at 420 Litho Street. No need to register — just show up!
