Just out of curiosity, what exception to the necessity for a search warrant do you believe applies here to give you the right to enter someone’s vehicle without their consent? What would you do if you discovered a dead body or a bag of fentanyl and the evidence was deemed inadmissible due to the illegal manner in which it was obtained? Does anyone know a good lawyer? This morning we were at the Dunkin' drive-thru getting some coffee and snackin’ bacon, and when the lady handed us our order K-9 Bark Wahlberg barked real loud in the back seat and we dropped our coffee and burned our wiener.
