Good afternoon and Happy Friday Bradley residents. The pool will be opening on May 1, 2026 and remain open through September 30, 2026. Please remember not to allow people to follow you through the pool gates without scanning their amenity card. Pool access is for Bradley residents and their guests (up to six) per household. Please familiarize yourself with the Rules and Regulations for the pool and amenity center. Hoping everyone has a safe and enjoyable summer.

The Annual community member meeting will be held at the Bradley clubhouse tomorrow evening, November 6, 2025 @ 6:30pm. New Board candidates and the 2026 Budget will be discussed, as well as an open forum segment for questions and concerns of residents.

Good afternoon Bradley residents. 😃Just a reminder that this Saturday October 18th is the Fall Festival for Community members from 1:00 to 5:00pm on Clubhouse grounds. Parking will be limited. Food truck, drinks, games, and bounce house will be on site!

Good afternoon Bradley. Just wanted to update everyone on a couple of upcoming events. The First is October 18, from 1pm to 5pm. The Board of Directors is hosting a fall festival for residents at the Community Clubhouse. Royal Tasty Avenue Food truck, kids dance house and games will be provided and free drinks-while supplies last. Free meal tickets will be handed out to the first 100 members to arrive (limit 2 per household). Hope to see you there!
Second is the Annual Meeting for all members on November 6, at 6:30pm at the Clubhouse. A letter has been sent to all members with the date and time as well as Board interested sheets if you would like to serve a one or two year term on the Board of Directors. Hope everyone has a good week 😃

Hello, community members should have received a mailing announcing the details of the annual HOA meeting and asking people interesting in running for the HOA board to submit their interest forms. We will have four available positions, three for a two year term, one for a single year (as we only had one candidate run last year for two open positions).

Please submit your candidacy form by October 15th, so we can get ballots mailed before the annual meeting.

Incumbent and new candidates should plan to attend the annual meeting (Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025) to introduce themselves and answer questions from the community.
