Still no word from Mopper-Stapen on what my immediate future holds, but thanks everyone for your suggestions and comments!

OOH! Tonight, people were setting off fireworks in the street in front of me. I do love a party!

So my Mopper-Stapen Realty sign was taken down a few days ago...Did somebody take a chance on this lil' old lot?
