The Board of Registrars meets the 4th Wed. of each month at 12 p.m. at our office. The term length is four years.
We register voters properly, update the county voter files daily, conduct absentee mail-out voting, absentee advance voting, and operate satellite advance voting sites. The Senior Judge of Superior Court of Chatham County appoints the Board of Registrars from a list of ten names submitted by the Grand Jury.
