🧡 October is ADHD Awareness Month! 🧡

ADHD is a common condition that affects both children and adults. People with ADHD may have trouble paying attention, sitting still, or controlling their actions and impulses. These challenges can affect everyday life at home, school, work, and in the community.

This year’s theme is “A Community of Support.” It reminds us that learning about ADHD and supporting people with ADHD can help build a more understanding and caring community.
