We are incredibly thankful to Rotary District 6910 for not only the donation of $50,000 to go towards the reconstruction at Camp Tanglewood in Augusta, but also for the countless hours of work they have put into camp this week. We had nearly 100 Girl Scouts, Rotarians, and community members join us for a morning workday that was open to the public yesterday, June 4.

Today and tomorrow, Rotarians continue their disaster relief efforts at camp.

Ella Jude Townsend, from Troop 50051 in Columbus, earned her Silver Award by recognizing the senior citizens in her community and developing, assembling, and delivering 100 activity kits with their well being in mind. Kits, included a variety of fun and engaging items and activities from games and puzzles, to books, crafts and art.
