The annual deadline to file your Personal Property Renditions without a late filing penalty is almost here. Since March 15th falls on a Sunday this year and the Office is closed the deadline is extended to Monday March 16th.

Any renditions filed after that date will have a 10% penalty and renditions filed after April 15th receive a 20% penalty.

We will be around the County this week to accept these in person at:
Erick - Rural Water Office - Tuesday March 10th 9am-2pm
Carter - Rural Water Office - Wednesday March 11th 9am-2pm
Elk City - City Hall - Thursday and Friday March 12th & 13th 9am-4pm

If you have any questions call 580-928-3329 or come by the Office at 301 E Main St Ste 2 in Sayre (Courthouse Annex Building just North of the Courthouse).

Due to the weather the Beckham County Courthouse and Annex will delay opening until 10:30am tomorrow Monday January 26th for the safety of the public and Courthouse Staff.

The Beckham County Assessor's Office will be closed Wednesday, December 24th, Thursday, December 25th, and Friday, December 26th, in celebration of the joyous Christmas holiday. Normal office hours will resume on Monday, December 29, 2025, filled with renewed hope and purpose. We extend our warmest and most heartfelt thoughts and best wishes for a truly magical Christmas.

In observance of the Labor Day holiday, The Beckham County Assessor's Office will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2025.
We will reopen on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 regular hours 8-4. We wish everyone a safe and restful holiday weekend.

Check those Ag Exemption Card's Expiration Dates. No Renewal Notice is Sent out nor are they automatically renewed. They are good for 3 years. If it is about to be expired be sure to check out the easy online renewal at https://oktap.tax.ok.gov
