PPHD is seeking a full-time Preparedness & Performance Systems Coordinator to lead regional medical response coordination, organizational preparedness, accreditation, performance management, and continuous quality improvement.

This position plays an important role in ensuring PPHD and its regional partners are prepared to respond effectively to public health emergencies while continually improving the quality and effectiveness of our services.

This position will be based in either the Scottsbluff or Hemingford office, depending on applicant preference, and is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and motivated by improving systems and serving the community.

Position will remain open until filled.

Participants will leave with practical, evidence-based strategies for supporting healthy growth and developmental milestones, navigating age-appropriate screen use, and helping families establish healthy habits that can be used at home, in healthcare settings, schools, and throughout our communities.
