🎃🍂 We had a GREAT day at the pumpkin patch yesterday! 🍂🎃

Thanks to the generosity of those who support our group, we were able to provide a fun-filled day at the pumpkin patch for 66 children! ❤️

These experiences may seem like simple outings, but they create opportunities for our kids to make memories, have fun, build connections, and just enjoy being kids. We are so grateful for everyone who donates, volunteers, and supports our group and helps make these moments possible.

It truly takes a village, and we are so thankful for ours! 🧡 Thank you for helping us make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

If you have not visited Lyon Family Farms, you should definitely check it out! There is so much to do!

We are so thankful to every person who supported us in this fundraising endeavor. This past Saturday, FAPA hosted a pancake breakfast to raise money for our general fund. We use these funds to host events for foster families, help with costs of our monthly meetings, and help support foster families in any way they may need.
Being our first event of this nature, we were not sure what to expect. We were blown away by how much the community stepped up. Thank you to everyone who donated supplies or money, purchased ads, helped work the breakfast, and those who come and bought plates. You have made an impact on the foster children of Jackson County!

Come out and see us on the square at The Full Moon Art Fest. We have shirts and tickets to the 1st Annual Pancake Breakfast next weekend. Stop by and grab a free ice cold water and find out how to become a foster/adoptive family or how to support other foster families.

Tomorrow we will be set up at Foodland from 10:00 until we can’t handle the heat any longer, selling tickets to our pancake breakfast! Come by and grab a few!

FAPA hosted a party at the splash pad last night for our foster and adoptive families! Thank you to everyone who helped to put this event together!

Any donations for school supplies can be dropped off at DHR. If you don't want to shop, we can also accept monetary donations of cash or check. The school supplies will go to foster children in Jackson County.

❤️June is National Reunification Month. ❤️

This month, we recognize the families who have worked hard to reunify and the children who have returned home. Reunification can be a long and challenging journey, requiring courage, growth, perseverance, and support from many people along the way.

As foster and adoptive families, we recognize that when children can safely return home, it is often a beautiful and important outcome. To all the families whose reunification stories are still being written—and to those who have already made it home—we celebrate you this month.
