SSgt Fernandes, Shawn Had the opportunity to be one of the Marines included in Zac Brown Band’s concert in Philadelphia.

It’s one of those opportunities you don’t get just anywhere — a unique experience, an unforgettable night, and a memory that’ll last a lifetime.

Grateful for the opportunities the Marine Corps continues to provide. 🇺🇸🦅

A trip to Parris Island hits different when you know what those yellow footprints represent. 🇺🇸

We had the opportunity to visit the place where civilians arrive and Marines are made. From seeing the training firsthand to experiencing the history, discipline, and tradition of Parris Island, it was a reminder that earning the title United States Marine is something few will ever accomplish.

For some, this was just a trip.

For others, it was a look at where their next chapter begins.

The transformation starts here.

Think you have what it takes to earn the title?

📍All-Hands Training | Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸

This week, our team took part in all-hands training in Washington, D.C., where we sharpened our skills both in and out of the classroom. One of the highlights was a scavenger hunt through our Nation’s Capital, challenging us to communicate, solve problems, think critically, and work together under pressure.

Training like this reinforces the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and leadership—qualities that define every Marine and every Marine Recruiter. Whether we’re finding landmarks or accomplishing the mission back home, success starts with working together.

🔪Iron sharpens iron🔪

Every pool function is another opportunity to build stronger minds, stronger bodies, and stronger future Marines. The sweat, the teamwork, and the discipline you put in today are laying the foundation for success on the yellow footprints tomorrow.

This isn’t just a workout—it’s a commitment to earning the title. Stay hungry. Stay humble. Stay motivated.

The challenge starts now. The transformation starts here.

Earned. Never Given.

Pure motivation.

This weekend, poolees from Wilkes and Scranton challenged themselves with a hike to the summit. After reaching the top, they stood together and sang the Marine Corps Hymn—a reminder that earning the title Marine starts long before Recruit Training.

Every workout, every hike, and every challenge builds the discipline, teamwork, and commitment it takes to become one of the few.

The journey starts now. The title is earned later.

Semper Fidelis. 🇺🇸💪

Recognition earned, not given.

This Marine was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for setting the standard in professionalism, discipline, and mission focus. Day in and day out—showing up early, leading from the front, and executing at a level that separates good from great.

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just consistent excellence and a commitment to the Corps and those to the left and right.

This is what right looks like. 🇺🇸💪
