"I'm reaching out as a fat, q***r, neurodivergent grad student conducting a research project on the experience of being fat in therapy. The project centers fat clients’ voices and aims to inform art therapy practices that are affirming, inclusive, and rooted in liberation.
It’s an anonymous 20–45 minute survey, and participants can opt into interviews and an arts-based focus group if they choose.

Participation supports deeper understanding and visibility of fat experiences in therapy, and findings will be used to educate future therapists and challenge anti-fat bias in mental health.
