Menopause? Let's talk about it! Starting next week and going into the summer, we are hosting a weekly group to do just that.

The first series will be starting next Wednesday the 20th at 2pm and will last for three weeks, with the second starting on July 15th!

We hope to see anyone there who could benefit from this group, and of course please do not hesitate to reach out for details!
