This month, we are proud to recognize Mishal Hassan Zada for her dedication, resilience, and compassionate service to the community. As a mother of three and a refugee, Mishal brings strength, empathy, and determination into every aspect of her work and life.

Serving as the Data and Billing Specialist at Arms Around You, Mishal plays an essential role in ensuring accuracy and accountability within the organization. From managing the end-to-end invoicing process to analyzing billing data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliant records, her attention to detail and commitment help support the important work being done every day.

Mishal’s passion for helping others shines through in her dedication to supporting formerly incarcerated women and men as they rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. Her work behind the scenes makes a meaningful impact on the community we serve.
