Join us at a volunteer's house as we attempt to communicate with entities beyond the veil.

This is the first time we have one of these events, so join us!

We can't promise spirits--though we will be trying!--but we can certainly promise a good time with fellow, like-minded individuals who want to conduct a spiritual experiment and wish to discuss the occult in a physical group setting.

Our lease negotiations with the City seem to be stuck 😞 so it is looking less and less likely we will be moving into the location on First Hill like we were originally hoping to.

As of now, we are looking at a spot in Lake City as we wait to see if the attorneys will come up with something we can work with.

"From skeptics to believers, and people of various levels of interest and experience, all are welcome!

Come join us as we attempt to reach beyond the veil to communicate with representatives of the mysterious and unknown.

Séance is expected to start at 8:00 pm.

The first half hour (7:30 to 8:00) will be dedicated to creating, protecting, and clearing the mind before entering the shared ritual space.

Séance will last approximately 1 hour (8:00 9:00)

The last half hour (9:00-9:30) will be reserved for conversation and to mentally wind down from the séance.

As always, we continue to have volunteer meetings every week, Sundays. This group will be the core team that will run the library once it is open.

Everyone is welcome.

We meet weekly to discuss how the library will run, its future direction, and preparations for our Grand Reopening.

We tend to meet at coffee houses and Seattle Library branches.

Updates on Our Search for a Home

The deal for the Dearborn House basement isn't going as well as we had anticipated it would go.

As of now, we are continuing our search for permanent housing for our collection, while the Dearborn House gets back to us.

We were truly hopeful that May was going to be the month we opened up, but it looks like we have to hold off on our Grand Reopening until further notice.

If you want to be involved in bringing this special collection library back from stasis, please join us on Sundays for volunteer meetings.

We're looking for people that want to be part of the core group of members, who are passionate about hidden and forbidden knowledge, and who really want to see this place grow into the gregarious, intellectual, and entertaining place we know it can be!

You can come whenever and leave whenever.
