Join us for the Olmstead Legacy Tours to learn how the Olmstead Brothers shaped and designed the parks system we all love today! Guides from the “Friends of Seattle’s Olmsted Parks” will introduce and lead you on short walks through Seward Park, Washington Park Arboretum, and Volunteer Park. Walks will be on a variety of surfaces, including lawn and gravel paths.

Good news: we will have free and fun recreation activities for kids and families at this location over the weekend so the community can continue to stay active and enjoy time at the park while the spraypark remains closed.

Memorial Day Hours Reminder 🇺🇸

Many Seattle Parks and Recreation facilities will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. Many indoor facilities will be closed, while parks, sprayparks, golf courses, outdoor pools, and select swim beaches will remain open.
