First off, on behalf of Post 2713, allow me to thank all of you for your continued support and donations during the Memorial Day and Veterans Day weekends. It’s truly great to meet with you all face to face. We enjoy hearing your stories and those of veterans that are close to you. These two weekends are significant in raising money that go directly to our veterans program. Examples of this can be

First Friday. This Friday April 3 is our dinner celebration of local veterans. Meet our neighbors from every walk of life. Potluck style so bring a side dish or desert. Main dish is a hearty soup.
5:00-9:00 PM with live guitar entertainment by Brian T. Lally.
The Cold War veteran in the picture will be there. Come find out who he is?!?!

Legacy room is taking shape. We have been planning to convert our office space into a display of the important items.
Some are brought back by our warriors from overseas. Some are current recognition of our veterans giving back to the community. While others are medals earned, military training accolades, and flags that draped coffins.
Our “ticket window” is shown in some photos.
We will announce agrand opening and will invite everybody to come take apeak.
A big thank you to Team Depot for supplies and inspiration.
