Pretty crazy that we bought this house boat for $67,000 and it was delivered from Duncan BC buy an old shipwright sailor. We remodeled it and overtime it just kept gaining in value. Such a sweet Houseboat) and I believe it just closed again for the fourth time at $690,000. Design and decor in Houseboats is incredibly important.

Hah Choo will close today and will have a new family.

Kevin loved this charming little project that we brought to Seattle from Duncan BC. We rented it a couple times and my kids spent a summer aboard.

I love 💘 that Maureen rented it then became its new owner. Maureen took it to the next level with her amazing designs and decor. Loved being her lender. If you are going to do seller financing you would want a borrower exactly like Maureen. We were so lucky.

Maureen is off to new adventures... I hope you will invite me out to help you paint your new home . 🥰

This morning is the final haul-out for a peak at the 2016 new aluminum hull then close.

I will likely retire this page after closing.
