What I enjoy most about my real estate business is helping people find the perfect home, whether it’s their first, last, forever, or somewhere in between. One of my favorite styles of homes around the Seattle area are the homes that were built in the city’s beginning. I think the oldest home I’ve seen for sale was built in the late 1800’s. For me, the vintage period begins around that time and continues through the mid-century modern style. This page focuses on the homes of those times. The good thing is, most of those homes have been updated to modern times while keeping the style and period in tact.
