Yippee! π
We were able to hit 100 gifts on Husky Giving Day, and have reached our THIRD milestone for our HGD campaign, which unlocks an additional $10,000 for our Huskies! When UW Families give together, we unlock more for students. As our community hits each milestone, a generous Bellevue family releases the next chunk of challenge funds. π―
In addition to all the generous gifts, that's an additional $15,000 for our Huskies! π£
Thank you to the Pack for banding together to create a difference for our Huskies. Your support, whether big or small, shapes the future for our students πΎ

We would like to share with you some information on our upcoming Husky Giving Day on April 23, 2026! π£
Husky Giving Day (HGD) is a 24-hour period where Husky Families across all campuses unite to support the UW and its students, faculties, and departments. Ranging from various programs, resources, and more, these campaigns will be used to fuel the future for our Huskies.
The Parent & Family Fund will have 4 categories that can be given to:
π Purple & Gold Forever (Husky Experience)
π UW Families Power Student Success (Career/Major Readiness, Mental Health Support, Personal Safety Services, and more)
π Campus Community Safety
π Putting Students First (Student Support & Resources)
On HGD, we will have various challenge milestones, where each gift will bring us closer to unlocking additional funding:
πΎ 25 gifts before HGD β $5,000 unlocked
πΎ 50 gifts by noon on HGD β another $5,000
πΎ 100 gifts by end of day β $10,000
πΎ 2 President's Circle families by midnight β final $5,000.
π― Our current [25 gifts before HGD β $5,000 unlocked] campaign is currently at 84% completion! If you would like to give early before HGD, please visit the link in our bio.
As a thank you for the support towards empowering our Huskies, we also have UW Family Scarf Rewards for those who give over $50. We have limited bundles available, so join in while you can!

Admitted Student Day went amazing! We are so thankful to all the families who dropped by to visit campus πΈ
For those who werenβt able to attend, every Friday throughout the entire month of April, UW is hosting Admitted Student Visits where you will have the opportunity to experience the following:
π 75-min. Campus Tour
π 45-min. Residential Housing Tour
π Resource Fair (meet w/ various departments, including us!)
π Informational sessions with current UW students

Admitted Student Day is right around the corner! We are super excited to meet you all~ We have tons of SWAG to give out!
There are a couple of ways you can find us throughout the day:

π Commitment Celebration @ Lyceum β 10 AM to 4 PM
π Information Resource Session: "Supporting Your Student (and Yourself) from Decision to Move-In" w/ Jannah Maresh @ Bagley Hall Room 131β 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM, 2:15 PM to 3 PM

We have a student opportunity we'd like to share!
UW Foundation Board is in search of a Student Representative Director for the 2026-2027 academic year.
This position offers a unique opportunity for students to serve as a full voting member of the UW Foundation Board. The role includes mentorship, professional development, and meaningful networking with board directors and Advancement leaders. The Student Representative Director attends three board meetings, participates in New Director Orientation, and provides a student voice in conversations that influence the universityβs priorities and longβterm direction.
