ATTENTION SUD CUSTOMERS!!!

Selmer Utility Division is implementing a new customer notification system to provide important updates regarding boil water notices, water line breaks, scheduled maintenance, service interruptions, and other utility-related information.

Customers can scan the QR code provided to access the notification portal and update their contact information*, including their phone number and service address. Keeping this information current is very important, as notifications can be sent to specific roads, neighborhoods, or affected areas rather than the entire utility system.

Customers who are unable to access the online portal may also visit the Selmer Utility Division office, where staff will be happy to assist with updating their phone number and address information.

By maintaining accurate contact information, customers can receive timely alerts and important updates that may affect their utility service.
