A donation from Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative employees put more fresh fruits and vegetables in the hands of more Oconee County seniors this summer.

Through the co-op's Employee Days of Giving campaign, employees contributed $9,500 to the 2026 United Way of Oconee County (UWOC) Senior Nutrition Program in partnership with the SC DSS Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program.

Our staff was able to join in honoring Ms Trish (Patricia) at her retirement reception today, the last day at Chick fil A Seneca after decades of service as the catering manager.
