We are proud to announce that Gloucester County Police Academy has partnered with Rowan College of South Jersey, Gloucester and Cumberland campuses, to revise its former articulation agreement. All graduates of the Basic Course Police Officers with a Patrol or Special Officer II title are now eligible to receive 22 college credits for their training. These credits can be used for any course of study at the RCSJ campuses and are no longer restricted to the Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement majors. 2024 graduates Michael Scheer and Zachary Muhlbaier are taking advantage of the new agreement to pursue their higher educations and participated in the signing ceremony held on August 5, 2026. Past and present graduates may take advantage of the new agreement. The link below is a press release outlining the new agreement and procedures to obtain the 22 credits. For more information, graduates may contact the Police Academy's Academic Specialist, Sue Rothfuss, at 856 415 2266 or [email protected].
