🍂🌿 Learning Beyond the Classroom! 🪶🏹

Our Chatfield-LoPresti School 5th graders took a step back in time during an exciting field trip to the Institute for American Indian Studies!

Students had the opportunity to explore Native American history, culture, and traditions through interactive exhibits, engaging presentations, and hands-on learning experiences. From exploring traditional living spaces to discovering how Indigenous peoples lived, worked, and connected with the land, our students gained a deeper appreciation for the rich history and heritage of Native American communities.

Experiences like these bring classroom lessons to life, spark curiosity, and create memories that last long after the school day ends! 📚✨

A special thank you to the educators and staff at the Institute for American Indian Studies, as well as our wonderful CLS teachers and chaperones, for making this meaningful learning experience possible!

❤️ Exploring the past, inspiring curiosity, and learning together!

🚒🔥 Fire Prevention Day at Bungay School & Chatfield-LoPresti School! 🔥🚒

Our students at Bungay School and Chatfield-LoPresti School had an exciting time learning all about fire safety with some very special visitors from the Seymour Fire Department! 👨‍🚒❤️

Students had the opportunity to get an up-close look at fire trucks and firefighting equipment, ask questions, and learn important lessons about fire prevention and what to do in an emergency!

A HUGE thank you to the dedicated members of the Seymour Fire Department for taking time out of their busy schedules to visit our schools, share their knowledge, and make fire safety education both fun and memorable! 🚒👏

We are so fortunate to have such wonderful first responders who go above and beyond to keep our community safe while inspiring the next generation!

❤️ Building connections, learning important life skills, and celebrating our community heroes!
