Prairie Crossing - A Supportive Living Community A Continuum of Care Campus offering Independent, Supportive Living, and Skilled Care. Seniors will enjoy living in this historical, friendly small town setting.

Prairie Crossing is nestled in the peaceful countryside of DeKalb County near the beautiful Shabbona State Park and Shabbona Lake. Each resident has their own apartment with all of the safety features this facility has to offer. There is no reason to worry about the safety of loved ones here. We provide each resident with the compassion and respect we would give our own family members. We provide you with the privacy of having your own apartment, which is designed especially for senior living. You can welcome visitors or spend quiet time relaxing. A full array of accommodations and helpful services make your days fulfilled and comfortable.

Today was the most perfect day for an outdoor game day on the patio! We had giant jenga, which was a big hit, giant connect four, and our ladder toss game which has always been a fan favorite.
