🎓 Five graduates. Five new beginnings. One more reason to celebrate! 💙

Last night, we celebrated the hard work and growth of five men graduating from our program. But the celebration doesn’t stop here — all five are continuing their journey with CRCI through our LDI program!

Congratulations to Hunter Frye, Samuel Jackson, Christopher Pringle, Thurman White, and Suchart Meeseree! We’re proud of each of you and excited to see what God has in store for your next chapter.

Recovery is about more than completing a program. It’s about building a life of purpose, leadership, and lasting change. 🙌

The conversations on that bench were just the beginning.

Swipe to find your next step. 👉

The people you heard from on that bench are still here. Still in Shallotte, NC. And Christian Recovery Centers is still showing up for them every single day.

Sobriety is the beginning. Becoming someone you're proud of is the goal. đź’›

Our highest-scoring dimension on the Life Map is Education & Culture: 75 out of 100, up 9.1% from baseline. English literacy hit 92% thriving at follow-up.

Behind those numbers are residents earning their GEDs, pursuing vocational training and certifications, and seeing themselves as capable learners, many for the first time in their adult lives.

That's what a whole-person recovery model does that sobriety alone can't.

Watch Patrick's story. He once needed someone to help him find a way out. Now he's that person for someone else.

A beautiful Sunday celebrating faith, new beginnings, and life change! 🙌✝️

OIB Life Church holds services at Bryant’s Orchard and has such a heart for Christian Recovery Centers and the men and women in the program. Their commitment to sharing the love of Christ with our residents is truly a blessing.

This past Sunday, 8 residents from our Motivational Track took the next step in their faith and were baptized!

We’re so thankful for the OIB Life Church family and the role they play in walking alongside our residents as they grow in their faith and continue their recovery journeys.

Josh just stepped off the bench after 24 hours — and we are not the same.

We heard from neighbors experiencing homelessness who shared what they wish our city understood. From program graduates who rebuilt their lives from nothing. From pastors, city leaders, volunteers, and strangers who just happened to sit down.

Every single conversation reminded us why we do this work.

Thank you for watching. For praying. For sharing. For showing up.

This conversation doesn't end when the bench is put away. It's just getting started.
