**Notice of Fee Changes effective November 1, 2026**

Circuit court fees in Wisconsin are going up Nov. 1. Is your practice ready? 🔖Details in the comments.👇

Whether you handle civil litigation, family law, probate, or criminal matters, these changes will affect what your clients pay – and what you need to budget for.

Examples of fee changes:
• Civil actions over $10,000: $265.50 → $356.00
• Divorce with support/maintenance: $194.50 → $293.00
• Civil jury fee: $6 → $17 per juror
• Docketing fee: $5 → $14
• Witness fees (circuit/appellate/supreme court): $16 → $55

Serving on a jury is an intimidating responsibility that continues to be a cornerstone of the justice system. Thousands of individuals fulfill this duty annually in the State of Wisconsin alone. September 2026 has been recognized as Juror Appreciation Month in the State of Wisconsin.

Attached are two proclamations declaring September as Juror Appreciation Month, one signed by Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice, Jill J. Karofsky and the other signed by Governor Tony Evers.
