The Crosley wagon is at Heav'nly Donuts waiting for the Food Drive to benefit the Spooner House on SUNDAY, October 25, NOON to 5. It wanted to be the first one there for our last Car Cruise of the season. We will have Dash Plaques for the first 125 cars.

Less than a week to go for our last Heav'nly Donuts Car Cruise and FILL THE CROSLEY Food Drive to benefit the Spooner House. SUNDAY OCTOBER 25th. NOON to 5 pm. Dash plaques for the first 125 cars. Let’s show that car guys and gals want to do some good for the community.

A REMINDER!!! Again tomorrow looks to be a washout, but don’t forget Our last Car Cruise of 2026 will be October 25, from NOON to 5 PM. That will be ALSO our Fill the Crosley Food Drive to benefit the Spooner House. Hopefully we can catch a break and not have another rainy Sunday. Dash Plaques will be given out then to first 125 cars. Please don’t forget to bring something to help those not as fortunate.

Bring positive change to our neighbors who could use a helping hand! $1.00 of every reusable Community Bag purchased during the month of September at the Shelton Stop & Shop, 898 Bridgeport Avenue, supports our programs serving those struggling with food insecurity or experiencing homelessness. It's an easy and effective way to make a difference in someone's life!

Seeking Qualified Construction Firm

RFP/RFQ/ITB GC

Area Congregations Together, Inc./Spooner House is seeking a qualified General Construction firm to provide general construction services for a capital improvements project located in Shelton, CT.

The project consists of New Boilers, new Kitchen Exhaust Fan, New Security System as well as site improvements, which include the removal and replacement of the entire parking lot and driveway and repairs to the existing fence.

The project will be funded through CT DOH. Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity regulations apply.
