Nicholas has been behind the wheel at MTA for over three and a half years, helping people get where they need to go while enjoying a view that changes with every season. 🍂🌷☀️❄️

One of his favorite parts of the job? Being out and about! For Nicholas, the scenery through the bus windows beats a day behind a computer screen.

When he’s off the road, Nicholas loves spending time with his family and traveling. ❤️

Mason Transit’s Dial-A-Ride offers fare-free, shared, door-to-door transportation within Mason County—and it’s open to everyone! You don’t need to be a certain age or have a disability to use this service. 💚

Whether you’re heading to an appointment, picking up groceries, or visiting a friend, call our team to discuss your transportation needs.

🗓️ Schedule Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
⏰ We recommend calling at least 48 hours ahead. Rides depend on availability, so plan early—and remember to schedule your return trip!

Meet Shanon!

Shanon has been a driver with Mason Transit for three and a half years, and serving our community is one of his favorite parts of the job. He takes pride in helping people access transportation they might not otherwise have—connecting them to the places and opportunities that matter.

He appreciates the support of his coworkers and supervisors, along with a work schedule that leaves time for family. For Shanon, driving at MTA offers a low-stress work environment and flexibility for every season of life, whether he wants a familiar daily routine or a little variety in each day’s route!

Meet Mark! 🚌

Mark has been a driver with Mason Transit Authority for more than three and a half years. He appreciates the support of his coworkers, the flexibility of his schedule, and the time his job gives him to spend with family.

One of his favorite parts of the day is driving through beautiful Mason County and connecting with the people he serves along the way. We’re grateful to have Mark on the team! 💚
