A Special Design with a Holiday Story!
Each year, the Ship Bottom beach badge features a unique design created by a student from Long Beach Island Elementary School! Under the guidance of art teacher Liz Messec, students are invited to submit original artwork inspired by the theme of Ship Bottom’s annual Christmas Parade.
This year’s theme, “From Sea to Shining Sea — A Christmas Celebration!” honors the magic of the holiday season while celebrating America’s 250th birthday. The result is a special opportunity for young local artists to showcase their creativity and become part of a cherished Ship Bottom tradition!
