The Effingham Bass Fishing team traveled to Lake Egypt this past weekend to compete on the Coaches and Student State Tournament Trail (CASSTT).

Fishing solo for Effingham, H. Harminson finished 19th out of 63 boats and brought home Big Bass honors for the tournament with a 4-pound catch! He brought three fish to the scales for a total weight of 7 pounds, 2 ounces in what proved to be a challenging day of fishing for the field.

The Hearts will be back on the water this weekend, competing on the IBF tournament trail at Clinton Lake and returning to the ICASSTT tournament trail Sunday at Newton Lake.
