It's pumpkin painting time! A huge thanks to West Ohio Foodbank for the pumpkins!

We had a great time picking pumpkins, painting pumpkins and taking time to celebrate together. Stop by the shelter to see the new decorations outside.

Today we are highlighting a belated birthday but so much more. Mike isn't just a resident at Mercy Mission House but is a mentor to many. We've asked him to help provide fellowship, guidance and mentor new residents.

Mike is always offering to help by volunteering for events, doing extra chores and helping anyone in need.

Thank you Mike for being you and happy belated birthday!

Many of the Mercy Mission House residents needing shelter are dealing with past trauma and undiagnosed, untreated mental health disorders. When someone suffers from a mental health disorder, it impacts every aspect of their life. We will continue to work to connect residents with mental health providers and strive for consistency in treatment with a goal of stabilization.
