📸 Wrangling 400 students and convincing everyone to look toward the camera, and straight into the sun, is no easy task, but we pulled it off!
Can you find your kiddo!?

Today, all of our kiddos received their brand-new Nighthawk shirts. They looked fantastic, and we love seeing that school spirit!
Reminder: Students can wear their Nighthawk shirts every Friday to show their Nighthawk pride and support! 💙🖤

What a fantastic turnout we had this morning for our Parents and Pancakes parent involvement event! Thank you to everyone who came out.

If you missed it this morning, here is a quick recap: we discussed how to set your student up for success this school year. Attached are the flyers we handed out. Daily attendance and consistent reading are two of the biggest factors in setting your student up for success!

Key Takeaways on Attendance:

Missing days adds up: Missing just 1 day every 2 weeks equals 20 days per year, which adds up to nearly 1.5 years of missed schooling over 13 years.

Tardiness matters: Being just 10 minutes late each day adds up to nearly 1.5 weeks of lost instruction time per year.

We hope to see you at our next parent involvement event next month! Keep an eye out for more information!
