Dispute Resolution Center of Kitsap County The DRC strengthens communities through mediation, facilitation and training services.

We offer many programs that allow parties to work together to improve challenging situations with the help of specially trained mediators or facilitators. The Dispute Resolution Center of Kitsap County (DRC), a nonprofit organization, provides mediation and education to help individuals, families and organizations resolve conflict. The DRC services offer people in conflict powerful strategies to open communication and find lasting solutions.

Since late 2024, Staff and Volunteers at the DRC of Kitsap have been working with American Samoa partners to help address the shortage of dispute resolution services. We welcomed representatives from the American Samoa team to our most recent 40-Hour training in spring. We are excited to announce that Staff and Volunteers from Kitsap County DRC have safely traveled to Pago Pago to help offer the first American Samoa 40 Hour training! We are excited to share more information as it comes. Thank you Sue Ann Miglino, William Miglino, China Cooper and Steve Olsen for taking this adventure!
