We are hiring at the Swim Center at Westminster! These are both part-time roles.
🖥️ FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE: A Front Desk Associate serves as our members’ first point of contact and managing all aspects of their experience. Responsibilities include registering members and program participants in classes, managing pool and program reservations, and providing information about memberships, swim lessons, and other programs. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our members and program participants. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the customer service field, we’d like to meet you!
🛟 LIFEGUARDS: Lifeguards are responsible for maintaining a safe aquatic environment by actively monitoring the water and pool deck, preventing injuries, enforcing facility rules and regulations, and responding immediately to any distress or emergency situations.
